We will help you understand the problem, define the scope of work and agree on the result before we start. 1. **Tell us about the problem.** What isn’t working, what you want to improve or what result you need. We start there. 2. **We get into the context.** We look at the product, the business and the constraints. We separate causes from symptoms. 3. **We agree on the scope of work.** We define what exactly we do, what result we expect, what it costs and how we will know the task is done. 4. **We solve the task and hand over the result.** We do the necessary work, check the result and hand over everything you need to keep using it. 5. **We assess the result and keep supporting you.** After the project ends, we help assess the effect of the changes, especially if the result doesn’t show right away.
